Is the Meet & Greet really free?

Yes. Our initial Meet & Greet is complimentary. It gives us the opportunity to meet you and your pet, learn about their routine, review home access and care instructions, and answer any questions before your first scheduled service.

What happens during the Meet & Greet?

We’ll get to know you and your pet, discuss feeding, walks, medications, routines, personality, favorite activities, home access, emergency information, and any special instructions. It’s also a chance for your pet to become familiar with their caregiver before the first visit.

How do I book a service?

You can book directly through the Officer Paw website. Select the service you need, choose an available date and time, and provide your pet and care information during booking.

Can I request the same caregiver?

Whenever possible, yes. We believe consistency helps pets feel safe and comfortable, so we make every reasonable effort to provide a familiar caregiver. Availability, scheduling, vacations, illness, or emergencies may occasionally require another qualified Officer Paw caregiver.
